ABOUT STACKING

Stacking is when multiple families live in a apartment that is too small to fit the needs of the families. Often times the apartments get run down and do not fit the safety code. Most of the families that stack are illegal immigrants due to overpopulation. Because the main people that stack are illegal immigrants they can not report any health code violations or problems with the apartment to the police. There only option to fix it is to tell the landlord who will most likely not do anything about it as long as he's getting his money. Stacking is a bad thing because it puts families in danger and runs down Morristown.
